Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all hair extensions must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• In their original packaging.
• With the security tie/seal still attached and untied.
• Free from any signs of styling, cutting, colouring, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the security tie has been removed or untied, or if the product has been used, worn, or altered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
